Vegan Garlic Dressing

This garlicky dressing is great on salad greens with some oven baked croutons. It’s also good on sandwiches and other vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add almonds, water, and all remaining ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
