  • Food Processor


  • 2 packed cups fresh basil
  • 1 packed cups spinach
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Add more water a tablespoon at a time, if necessary.
