- 2 packed cups fresh basil
- 1 packed cups spinach
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon citric acid
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until desired consistency is achieved.
Add more water a tablespoon at a time, if necessary.
Taste and add more lemon juice, salt, or garlic to taste.
