Ingredients

  • 3 cups hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp Nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the panini press for about 5 minutes.
  • While the press is heating, take 10 oz (approximately 3 cups) of frozen hash browns and place in a bowl to mix in the seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned hash browns on the panini grill surface. Close the press and cook for 15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes for doneness.
  • Cook until the potatoes are as brown and crispy as you desire.
