- 3 cups hash brown potatoes
- 1 tsp Nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
Preheat the panini press for about 5 minutes.
While the press is heating, take 10 oz (approximately 3 cups) of frozen hash browns and place in a bowl to mix in the seasonings.
Place the seasoned hash browns on the panini grill surface. Close the press and cook for 15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes for doneness.
Cook until the potatoes are as brown and crispy as you desire.
