Buffalo Sauce
- ¾ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- ¾ cup soy milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Buffalo Soy Curls
Place the soy curls, buffalo sauce and water in a slow cooker and stir together. I used my 3 quart cooker.
Cook on high setting for about 3 hours.
To Assemble the Sandwiches
Toast the sandwich rolls under the broiler.
Remove from oven and pile on the soy curls.
Add tomato slices and lettuce leafs.
Drizzle with a generous amount of Vegan Ranch Dressing.
