This dressing is absolutely amazing! So creamy, so garlicky! You’re going to want to put it on everything!

The recipe came about when I was attempting to create a Caesar salad dressing.

I have to admit, it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual Caesar salad. So, I’m not sure I remember exactly what Caesar dressing tastes like.

I’m pretty sure this one doesn’t quite taste like it, but it is so good I had to share it. Rather than calling it a Caesar dressing, I’ve decided a more accurate name for it is Savory Garlic Dressing.

What’s in this Savory Garlic Dressing?

Wooden cutting board with ingredients for garlic dressing

There are a lot of cashew based sauces out there, but I decided to switch things up and use slivered almonds this time. In addition to almonds, this garlicky dressing contains:

  • A bit of nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
  • Lemon juice and Dijon mustard for tang
  • Capers add a bit of brininess
  • Garlic – lots of it!
  • Vegan Worcestershire sauce for some savoriness
  • Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper

If you’re not as big a fan of garlic as my family is, feel free to reduce the amount. However, I think that’s what makes this dressing so good.

How to make this dressing

This Savory Garlic Dressing goes together in minutes and couldn’t be easier. Simply place all the ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until the dressing is completely smooth.

How to store this garlic dressing

I store my dressing in a jar with an air tight lid. It will last in the refrigerator for about a week.

  • As a sauce for your grain and veggie bowls

I asked my husband if there was anything more he thinks I should say about this dressing. His response, “It’s yummy!” We hope you think so too!
