    Some days we're needing our favorite comfort foods to get us through a difficult time, and sometimes just to satisfy a craving. Just because you're following a plant based diet doesn't mean you can't enjoy your food.

    I've put together a list of some of my best vegan comfort food recipes. There's nothing boring or bland about these recipes! And they're all oil-free, so go ahead and indulge!
